Ninh Kieu Pedestrian Bridge

Inaugurated and used since February 6, 2016, Ninh Kieu pedestrian bridge has attracted the attention of residents and visitors.The pedestrian bridge was put into operation on the occasion of the Lunar New Year and received positive feedback from the people and visitors. It is estimated that every day, more than 5,000 visitors come to visit and enjoy walking, crossing the bridge, taking souvenir photos in the shimmering lights as well as enjoying the cool breeze from the Hau river.

This is the first pedestrian bridge in the Mekong Delta (Mekong Delta) built modernly by semi-permanent reinforced concrete with a cost of VND 49.6 billion. The bridge is 199 meters long, 7.2 meters wide, S-shaped curving. The bridge has two extensions built with two lotus stations and sheltered foot rests with lighting systems using the color-led script. Use solar energy.
